Conversations

Start a conversation and find it again

Explore scenarios, choose a language and understand conversations versus saved cards.

Start a scenario conversation

  1. Choose a scenario

Open Explore scenarios. Use the search and available filters to find a card. Quick view previews it; View card details opens the full premise.

  2. Start and choose a language

On the card details page, select Start Chatting. If existing conversations are offered, choose one to resume or select New conversation. For a new conversation, select a language and choose Continue. Card-supported languages are shown first; quality in other languages can vary.

  3. Write a reply

Use the Message field and choose Send. Wait for the response before sending another message. If you want to interrupt a response in progress, use Stop.

Find a conversation again

Sign in to the same RVR account and open Library → Conversations. Use Search your Library or clear filters if a scenario seems missing. Open a scenario's conversation list, then choose the conversation you want. That list also has Search conversations.

Signed-in conversation history is saved as you chat, but a connection or save failure can interrupt an update. Check your Library before assuming a troublesome session was saved.

Guest conversations depend on the original browser's storage. Do not clear site data or close a private browsing session as a recovery step. Sign in for account-based history, and check that the conversations you need are present before removing the original browser data.

Saved cards are different from conversations

Save bookmarks a scenario card. When confirmed, it changes to Saved; find that card under Library → Saved. It does not create a conversation or replace conversation history. Starting a New conversation creates a separate thread; choosing an existing conversation resumes that thread.

If a save cannot be confirmed, refresh its status before clicking again. If history is missing, follow the troubleshooting guide before deleting anything.
