Sign in and set up your RVR account

Use the right Patreon account, choose a username and check your connected identity.

Connect through Patreon

A paid Patreon membership is not required to create an RVR account. Use the same Patreon account each time to find your existing RVR profile, conversations and credits.

  1. Open Sign in

    Choose Sign in in RVR's header. In the sign-in sheet, choose Connect Your Account. Create an Account also starts the Patreon connection.

  2. Check the Patreon account

    Complete Patreon's sign-in and connection prompts with the account you want to use for RVR. If you already have an RVR account, use its original Patreon identity rather than creating another one.

  3. Complete username setup if this is a new account

    In Choose Username, enter an available username with 3–20 lowercase letters, numbers or underscores. Wait for the availability result, then choose Set Username & Start Chatting.

  4. Check your connected identity

    Open Profile and credits from the account menu, or open account settings. Under Connected accounts, check the private email and your RVR username.

Seeing the wrong account?

Stop before making a purchase or changing account details. Use Account controls to sign out of RVR. Check which Patreon account is signed in, switch to the intended account there, then sign in to RVR again.

If an existing user unexpectedly reaches username setup, do not create another account to search for the old one. Choose Account Help on the support form.

Your support reply email can differ from your linked Patreon email. Explain the difference in the message; a reply address does not select or prove ownership of an RVR account.
