Manage membership and Ember purchases

Sync Patreon, distinguish packs from subscriptions and check an uncertain payment.

Membership and packs are different

A Patreon membership is managed on Patreon. A one-time Ember pack adds credits without changing your membership and is not a recurring subscription. Sign in to the intended RVR account before starting either flow.

Open Ember packs and membership options to compare both choices. One-time Ember packs are listed directly on that page; Get Embers also opens them from your account. Purchased Embers expire one year after they are added to your account. Check the total, currency and any applicable taxes in checkout before you confirm. Read the offer's current terms, including eligibility and any stated credit expiry.

Refresh a changed Patreon membership

  1. Check the connected account

    Open Profile and credits, then Connected accounts. Make sure RVR is connected to the Patreon account with the membership.

  2. Sync membership

    Use Sync membership in Connected accounts or on the membership page. Wait for it to finish, then check the plan and balance shown in RVR.

  3. Ask for help if it still differs

    If the account is correct but the result is still wrong, choose Account Help or Billing Issue on the support form. Describe the plan, approximate change time and visible result. Do not pay again just to refresh a status.

Check an uncertain Ember purchase

Returning to RVR from checkout is not proof that payment or a credit grant completed. Check the return message and your account balance using the same account that started checkout.

  • Embers confirmed indicates RVR has verified the payment and credit grant.
  • Back from checkout, Confirmation pending or a message saying access is still being checked does not confirm usable credits yet.
  • If payment appears completed but credits are missing, stop before another purchase and contact support under Billing Issue. Give the approximate time, amount/currency and visible message. Do not send a full checkout URL, payment-card details or verification codes.

Cancel a Patreon subscription separately

Open Patreon memberships (opens in a new tab) to manage or cancel your Patreon membership. Signing out of RVR or deleting your RVR account does not cancel it or delete your Patreon account. Any purchased Embers (credits) will not be refunded when you delete your RVR account.
