Understand Cinders, Embers and the Patreon bonus
Check your balances, daily refills, membership credits and one-time bonus claim.
Read your current balance
Open Profile and credits. Under Your credits, choose Details to open Credit details.
- Daily Cinders
- Your daily allowance refills at midnight IST. Unused daily Cinders do not roll over. The current allowance and remaining balance are shown in your account.
- Monthly Embers
- Membership credits follow the membership period. They are separate from daily Cinders; check your plan and current balance instead of assuming every credit refills each day.
- Other Embers
- One-time purchases and eligible bonuses can add Embers. Review the current offer and any displayed grant expiry. Do not assume every credit grant has the same expiry rules.
RVR uses daily Cinders before monthly Embers, then other eligible Embers. Conversations, Game Cards and creation can have different costs. Check the cost shown for the action and your current balance; a credit balance is not a guarantee of a fixed number of sessions.
For current membership prices and pack options, use membership options and Get Embers. Review the terms shown for your current offer, including any stated expiry, before confirming.
Receive the one-time Patreon bonus
If your account shows the 50-Ember bonus banner, open How it works and follow its instructions. The banner appears only for eligible account states; it is not a recurring reward.
Use the same Patreon account
Follow the Patreon link in the instructions and join RVR through that same Patreon identity. You do not need to buy a paid tier just to resolve a verification problem.
Return and let verification finish
Return to RVR. The bonus is added automatically after your free membership is verified. Look for the celebration and allow time for Patreon updates; no repeated claim clicks are needed.
Check the result
Look for the success confirmation and check your balance. Bonus already claimed means the same Patreon account cannot claim it again; deleting and recreating an RVR account does not reset eligibility.
If verification keeps failing, the banner is unavailable or you cannot find the expected bonus, use support and choose Patreon 50 Bonus Claim. Include the visible error and explain any difference between your reply email and linked Patreon email. Do not create extra accounts or make another purchase to fix the claim.
